Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@jadeedghar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@jadeedghar.com, and we will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
